About your character:
Character's name and level?
Tyliana, 85
eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/terenas/Tyliana/simple
Any alts?
Several, though the important ones are:
Rhalo, 85 bear
Tesana, 85 holy priestess
Sameena, 85 protection warrior
Junaare, 85 arcane mage
Most of the alts are decent enough when it comes to gear and experience, they just don't get the same attention as Tyliana.
Previous guild? Reason for leaving?
Genesis.
As others have mentioned, Genesis became inactive for various reasons. So I decided I wanted to come with the few active members we had left and apply here.
About you:
How old are you?
I'm 31 years old.
Where are you from?
Örebro, Sweden
What are your usual play times?
I'm very flexible in playtimes and can usually play when I want.
What interests you most in the game?
I love raiding and doing instances. I also love the story aspects of the game.
Why do you want to join Flames of the Phoenix specifically?
I've been on a few of the joined raids we did in the past few months and you seemed like a nice bunch of people. And as the others from Genesis apply as well I'd like to stick with my friends from there as well.
If you wish to join as a raider, know that at times you may be asked to sit out if there are too many signups, or too many of the same class. Do you have any problems with that?
Not at all. Better too many rotating raiders than too few and no raids.
What does MR, OF and SP stand for, and for which of the 3 do you qualify?
Mature Raider:
I'd say I qualify for this one. I like reading up on encounters ahead of time when I can and bring my own buffs. I rarely expect summons and prefer to simply be at the entrance at the said time.
I also don't care about loot other than the obvious issue of gearing up to deal with harder content. I often pass to help others.
Old Fart:
Well, 31 years old isn't especially old I guess, but it's certainly not young. I don't have a full time job currently, but I'm working on it.
I'm single and live with a very dominant cat.. (But as long as she gets her daily blood sacrifice, she lets me play what I want..).
I did recently find gray hairs which of course must be signs of wisdom and nothing else.
I'm also old enough in game, having played since launch give or take a day or two. Starting out as a full time raider in First Choice (horde) in vanilla and Novus (what First Choice turned into in TBC) I got a fair amount of experience at it all. I took a break from heavy raiding and rerolled a priest (my Tesana) alliance side to help my friends in the guild Spectre with not so heavy raiding. And there I stuck. Some time after Spectres merge into Genesis, Blizzard finally allowed me to faction change my main character. So Thunderhoof the tauren hunter is now Tyliana the worgen. (and someone else took my old name, which is just as well as it doesn't really fit anything but a tauren..)
Endless and irrelevant walls of text about my past might also be a sign of being an OF perhaps...
Stressed Parent:
Well, I have no children so I suspect this one auto fails!
And finally, Give us your best Gnome joke:
Gnomes are no joking matter. If you joke about them you might form some sort of emotional connection which can make it feel bad to throw them in first to test the enemy.
