Hi Blue
As a friend of the Dutch Mafia I am sure there will be no issues in you joining the guild. However you do need to be aware of a few things before you sign on the dotted line
We run 2 normal raids and 2 flex raids a week. So far we have never had to turn anyone away from a flex raid but there is keen competition for selection to normal raids especially in the range dps area. We try to be as fair as possible but we do have a quite a few people wanting to raid

in other words, we have so many ranged for our normal raids, including ~4 hunters, that another hunter would make it very unfair to them as well, since the rotations would increase a lot for them too. What i mean to say is: the chances to go to a normal raid as a newly joined guild member are very slim. Perhaps in the future if we manage to run 2 groups again, but until then it's more likely to have a social spot instead.
Like Fuzzie said however, Flex is usually not an issue, as long as we have the healers to support a large dps group going.
